Leicester City have completed the signing of former Newcastle United winger Nolberto Solano.
The Peruvian has been on trial with League One side Colchester and Championship side Sheffield United in recent weeks but failed to win a deal.
Solano, 35, spent eight years at Newcastle in two spells and has also played for Aston Villa and West Ham.
He knows Foxes boss Nigel Pearson from their time together at Newcastle when Pearson was assistant manager.
