Pearson's side have won just two of their last eight games
Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson insists his side are not panicking despite their recent slump in form.
The League One leaders have won only one of their last five games, picking up just five points in the process
But Pearson told BBC Radio Leicester: "We have to keep our patience and our nerve and that's something we will do.
"Yes it's getting tighter but I would still rather be us than anybody else. We go into the final five games in a very positive mindset."
Saturday's 2-2 draw against Carlisle saw second-placed Peterborough narrow the gap to two points - although the Foxes are still seven points clear of Millwall in third place.
