Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley has joined League One side Leicester City on loan until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old, who can also play in defence, has been a regular in the United reserve team since graduating from the academy at Old Trafford.

Cleverley will go straight into the squad for Leicester's clash against Yeovil Town at Huish Park on Monday.

He was part of the United squad on their pre-season tour of South Africa.
