Leicester City defender Marc Edworthy has signed a new deal which will keep him at the Walkers Stadium until the end of the season.
The 36-year-old former Derby player joined the Foxes as a free agent in November and has made six starts.
Manager Nigel Pearson told the club website: "Marc has an excellent attitude and I am pleased that he has agreed to extend his stay with us.
"He has worked extremely hard and is a valuable member of our squad."
Edworthy has also had spells at Plymouth Argyle, Crystal Palace, Coventry, Norwich and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
