Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson will set new targets for his side in the New Year despite the Foxes being top of League One.
Pearson told BBC Radio Leicester: "We've finished the year on a high and that's the most important thing.
"But there's no rest and it's a case of reassessing what we're trying to do and setting standards high again."
Leicester picked up their eighth successive home win with a 2-1 victory over Hereford on Sunday.
Pearson added: "The most important thing is we got another win but it would have been nice to have won with a bit more style."
The Foxes are now two points clear of MK Dons at the top of the table.
They face Crystal Palace in the third round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
