Fringe players can go - Mandaric

Mandaric says Pearson has funds to bring in more suitable players

Leicester City chairman Milan Mandaric says players who are not involved in the Foxes current campaign will be allowed to leave the Walkers Stadium.

Mandaric told BBC Radio Leicester: "It's up to the manager to make the decision, of course.

"But some players who aren't participating, for whatever reason, would be a lot happier if they can go somewhere and play football."

Mandaric has also confirmed boss Nigel Pearson has money to bring in players.

Mandaric added: "We have a big squad and we have a big budget for this division, so we'll look at that as well."

The Foxes are two points clear of Millwall at the top of League One.
