Dickov (l) has been impressed by Fryatt's goalscoring record this season
Veteran Leicester City striker Paul Dickov thinks that top scorer Matt Fryatt has the attributes to play at the top level.
Fryatt, 22, who joined City from Walsall in 2006, has scored 14 goals for the Foxes this season.
Dickov told BBC Radio Leicester: "I think Matty could go all the way, he's quick, he's strong, he's got a great eye for goal.
"I told him I think he might have 20 goals by Christmas."
Leicester go to Swindon on Saturday aiming to stay top of the table.
Dickov, who played in the Premier League with Manchester City, Blackburn and the Foxes, added: "He deserves it [recent praise], he's worked hard, his finishing has been excellent."
Nigel Pearson's men have moved back to the top of League One with a home win over Yeovil on Tuesday.
And 36-year-old Dickov admits getting back into the side after injury is going to be tough:
"I've just got to make sure I'm ready, get my chance and take it."
