Leicester City loan signings David Martin and Jack Hobbs say they have been enjoying life at the Walkers Stadium after joining from Liverpool.

Goalkeeper Martin is on loan until January, while defender Hobbs is on a season-long loan arrangement.

Hobbs told BBC Radio Leicester: "We're playing in quite a few games. I'm glad to get some experience under my belt.

"The club's amazing, I'm glad to be here, to be part of it and hopefully move up the leagues."

He added: "When the fans get behind you it's like the 12th man, we just want to reward them for their support."

Hobbs confirmed he still intends to return to Anfield when his loan ends in May.

"I'm not sure what's going to happen to be honest, I'll have to speak to the boss up there and see what his plans are."

Martin thinks there are similarities between the two clubs although admits that playing week-in week-out brings new challenges.

"The difference from Liverpool to Leicester is the pressure, you've go to play well every week. It raises your game 5 or 10%," he said.

The pair have made 18 starts between them in all competitions so far.

The duo will be hoping for selection ahead of the big game in League One this weekend as the Foxes, in second place, travel to third-placed Oldham.
