Northern Ireland left-back Tony Capaldi has returned to Cardiff City following a two-month loan spell at League One leaders Leeds United.
Capaldi had stated he wanted to make his loan switch permanent, saying "if I can sort a more permanent deal in January I can't wait to move up."
But the 28-year-old, who played five games in his Elland Road stint, is back in south Wales with Dave Jones' men.
Capaldi had only played 14 times for Cardiff in 18 months due to injury.
