Plymouth's Tony Capaldi will make his Northern Ireland debut in Wednesday's friendly in Estonia. The under-21 international features in a relatively inexperienced defence alongside Chris Baird, Mark Williams and Stephen Craigan.
Steve Jones, Danny Sonner, Jeff Whitley and Philip Mulryne will start in midfield with David Healy and Andy Smith up front.
Goalkeeper Maik Taylor will captain the Irish in Tallinn.
Sanchez's first game in charge ended in a 4-1 home defeat by Norway which stretched Northern Ireland's run of games without a win to 15.
However, the Irish did have the consolation of ending a goalless run of 1,298 minutes.
Sanchez knows that a second-successive defeat could start mutterings among the supporters about his ability to turn Northern Ireland's fortunes around.

With regulars such as captain Aaron Hughes, George McCartney, Keith Gillespie, Danny Griffin, Peter Kennedy, Damien Johnson and Michael Hughes all missing, the Irish will be up against it in Tallinn.
However, Sanchez has been in upbeat mood ahead of the game.
"I am like any other manager in that I want to win every game," he said.
"But my main task is to get a squad assembled and ready for the World Cup qualifiers, starting with the game against Poland in September.
"It is a fact of international life that you are going to lose players, especially for friendlies.
"It is a chance for a number of lads to come and show what they can do."
Roy Carroll, who was replaced by Grimsby's on-loan Hull keeper Alan Fettis, was one of eight withdrawals from the squad.

The other withdrawals were Paul McVeigh, Tommy Doherty, Gary Hamilton, Danny Griffin, Mark Clyde, Colin Murdock and Damien Johnson.
Capaldi, born in Sweden with a Belfast mother, moved to Plymouth after failing to make the breakthrough at Birmingham, where he had a spell on loan at Hereford.
The captaincy is a bit of a turnaround for Taylor, who was originally going to be on the bench.
Manchester United's Roy Carroll was due to start but withdrew because of a stiff shoulder.
Sanchez said: "This is a young squad and Maik is the senior pro. He was the obvious choice.
"He is performing at the highest level with Birmingham - and I am just grateful we have two top-class goalkeepers."
Motherwell central defender Craigan is recalled while Nottingham Forest midfielder Danny Sonner also makes a return in a much-changed side to the one which lost to Norway.
The strike partnership of David Healy and Andy Smith remains intact but apart from those two only Taylor and Baird start in successive games.
