Leeds United have appointed Neil Redfearn as their new under-18 academy coach.
The former Barnsley and Charlton midfielder, will leave his post as York City's assistant manager to take up his new role on New Year's Day.
The 43-year-old has previously managed Halifax Town, Scarborough and Northwich Victoria.
Redfearn's appointment will see the current under-18 coach Daral Pugh move up to assistant academy manager.
