Leeds United boss Dennis Wise has been named as League One's manager of the month for August. Despite starting the season with minus 15 points, Leeds have won all three of their league games, beating Tranmere, Southend and Nottingham Forest.
They also beat Macclesfield in the Carling Cup but lost to Portsmouth.
Also shortlisted for the award were Martin Ling - whose Leyton Orient side also won their first three league games - and Luton's Kevin Blackwell.
