Leeds United have signed Scottish international central defender Stephen Caldwell. The 23-year-old has switched from Newcastle United to Elland Road on loan until the end of the season.
Caldwell moved to Newcastle in 1997 and forced his way into the first team in the 2000/1 season.
But he has made just two starts for the Magpies this season.
