Kilmarnock have parted company with Jose Quitongo and Samuel Boutal.

The Scottish Premier League club decided not to renew the contracts of former Hamilton Academical, Hearts and St Mirren winger Quitongo and former Troyes striker Boutal.

Angolan Quitongo rejoined former Hearts boss Jim Jefferies at Rugby Park in August, but the 28-year-old made only five first-team starts.

The 32-year-old Boutal joined in October after the end of his contract with his French club but only made three appearances in Scotland, scoring once.

Kilmarnock have now released three forwards during the transfer window.

Gary McCutcheon had his contract terminated with mutual consent before signing for Dumbarton.

Defender Robbie Henderson, formerly of Leeds United, also failed to win a new deal with Kilmarnock.

But fellow 20-year-old forward Chris Boyle has signed an extension that will keep him at Rugby Park until the end of the season.

Goalkeeper Colin Stewart has returned from his loan spell with Queen's Park.
