Kidderminster Harriers extend Damian Spencer loan deal

Striker Damian Spencer has extended his loan stay at Kidderminster Harriers for a further month.

Spencer arrived at Aggborough on a month's long loan in November, but is yet to find the net for the side.

Harriers' John Finnigan told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "He can be a real handful, he's played at a higher level so we know he can do a good job."

The 28-year-old has made five appearances since arriving from Kettering in December.

Finnigan says it was not difficult to convince the former Cheltenham Town front man to extend his loan period.

"He's really enjoyed it here for the month he's been here and he was desperate to stay, so it wasn't too hard to keep hold of him.

"I think he's out of favour at his current club Kettering and is just desperate to get out and play some games so their loss is our gain really," he added.
