Midfielder Penn has played 129 games for Harriers

Kidderminster Harriers are believed to be considering offers for midfielder Russell Penn.

The England C international is thought to be the target of several clubs but as yet Harriers are not happy with the price being offered.

Penn impressed while playing for England in the Four Nations tournament in Wales in May.

The 23-year-old joined Harriers from Scunthorpe in 2006, and scored 11 times in 43 league games last season.
