Kidderminster Harriers manager Mark Yates has said he would like to sign on-loan striker Darryl Knights but knows there will be strong competition.

Yates has been impressed with Knights since he joined from Yeovil and says he has spoken to the player's agent.

"There is a lot of interest but we'll be in there pitching," Yates told BBC Hereford & Worcester.

"I know Darryl has enjoyed it here and hopefully he fancies being part of this squad for next season."
