Yates eyes Harriers improvement
Kidderminster Harriers manager Mark Yates
Mark Yates believes his players are better than their recent displays
Kidderminster Harriers boss Mark Yates is looking for an improvement from his team in Tuesday night's home Setanta Shield clash with Rushden & Diamonds.

Harriers have not won in their last five games in the Blue Square Premier.

But Yates said: "We've got to pick ourselves up and have a re-think of where we're going."

"The players are better than they are showing, but they've got to have more about them," he told BBC Hereford & Worcester.

Rushden go into Tuesday's game (2000 GMT) on the back of Saturday's 1-0 win at Altrincham, while Harriers were beaten at home by Salisbury.

The fifth round clash should have taken place three weeks ago, but was called off because of a waterlogged pitch.

Meanwhile, Yates says he is hoping to extend the loan deals of both Luke Jones and Matthew Bailey, which expire at the end of the month.
