Liam Feeney and Robbie Matthews struck as Salisbury came from behind to stun Kidderminster, whose Iyseden Christie had a fourth-minute penalty saved. Ryan Clarke denied Christie when Russel Penn was fouled by Aaron Cook.
Penn put Harriers ahead when he drilled in from 12 yards but the impressive Feeney fired in from close range and Matthews made it 2-1 soon after.
Kidderminster pressed after the break but were thwarted by Clarke, who saved well from Christie and Alex Jeannin.
