Simpson, 21, has spent time on loan at other clubs in the past couple of seasons

Championship side Hull have completed the signing of forward Jay Simpson from Arsenal on a three-year contract.

The 21-year-old, a product of the Gunners youth system, goes straight into the Tigers squad to face Watford on Saturday.

Simpson has enjoyed previous loan spells at Millwall, West Brom and QPR.

The former England Under-17 and Under-18 international striker scored 13 goals in 42 games while on loan at Loftus Road last season.
