Premier League newcomers Hull City have completed the signing of striker Daniel Cousin from Glasgow Rangers.
Cousin, 31, had a move to Fulham blocked by Fifa in January because he had already played for Rangers and French side Lens last season.
The Gabon international scored in Rangers' 4-2 victory over Celtic on Sunday, but was also sent off.
Hull City chairman Paul Duffen told BBC Look North "I'm happy we've got our number one target."
Cousin was the second player signed by the Tigers ahead of the deadline as they secured Kamil Zayatte from Young Boys of Berne.
Cousin scored 11 goals in his 28 appearances for Rangers.
