Tigers manager Phil Brown's side hold a 2-0 lead over Watford
Hull manager Phil Brown has promised that his side will not sit on their 2-0 play-off semi-final first-leg lead.
Brown's men hold a clear advantage over Watford going into Wednesday night's second leg at the KC Stadium.
But Brown told BBC Radio Humberside that they will not be trying to defend. "The contemplation of drawing is not even anywhere near us," he said.
"We're going into the game fully prepared to win that match. That's got to be our mentality."
A victory, a draw or even a single-goal defeat will see the Tigers go to Wembley for the first time in their 104-year history - and keep alive their dreams of reaching the Premier League.
City have never played in the top flight in English football and Brown will be seen as the messiah by the fans if he delivers play-off success at the end of what is already the club's best-ever league season.
Hull could have Henrik Pedersen and Jay-Jay Okocha available following injuries, although the City boss is expected to hold faith with the 4-4-2 formation that served them so well in the first leg.
Although the emphasis is still on winning the game against a Watford side already beaten 3-0 on Hull soil in the league in late March, Brown added: "If it turns out to be a drab 0-0 draw we'll have that as well."
