Fallon has demanded that Histon finish the season strongly
Histon boss Steve Fallon wants to see his side pushing all the way for second spot in the Blue Square Premier.
The Stutes are all but certain of a play-off finish, but a win on Sunday would see them play the the home leg of their semi-final tie second.
Fallon told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "You want to know what you have to do on your own patch.
"We've got an outside chance of finishing runners up, and ideally second or third is what you want."
Only Kidderminster can prevent the Stutes from finishing inside the top five, but they would require a five-goal swing in their favour.
Fallon made finishing in the top five Histon's pre-season target, but he now believes they have every chance of winning promotion.
"We don't want to say 'well done we're in the play-offs' and that's the end of it, because we're two games away from Wembley and three from the Football League," he added.
"We won't just be giving in, we'll be fighting and scraping to reach Wembley and take it from there."
Histon go to Crawley on Sunday unbeaten in four games, but with Josh Simpson still struggling to shake off an ankle knock.
