Fallon has won three titles in nine years at Histon
Histon manager Steve Fallon plans to improve his midfield and has told his players to impress in the remaining two games to secure their Stutes futures.
On bolstering his midfield options, Fallon said: "I think that is the main area we'll be looking to strengthen and we're going for another forward."
He told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "The players need to put a good impression in our minds before the summer.
"That will be important to whether they stay and what we look to bring in."
He added: "But we need to wait and see what happens at the end of the season as to who stays and [look at] any other little disputes that we might have come along. Then we'll decide the best areas to strengthen."
It's pointless us selling one of our strikers for 10,000 then buying someone not as good for the same amount

Fallon has also repeated his assurance that players will not be sold cheaply to bigger clubs.
"If it was an offer we couldn't refuse then we would [sell]," he said. "But it's pointless us selling one of our strikers for 10,000, then buying someone not as good for the same amount.
"Because people think of us as they do then they think we will let players go cheaply but that's not the case.
"We want people knocking on our door in the January transfer window because these players have done fantastically well and we're sitting up near the top of the league.
"[In the] close-season, we're not really interested unless it's a fantastic offer."
