Kingston has sidelined for much of the season through injury
Hearts midfielder Laryea Kingston says he must regain his first-team place before he can realise his ambition of playing in England's Premier League.
The 28-year-old, who has a year left on his contract, last featured for Hearts in January in an injury-plagued season.
"It has been a frustrating season - the worst of my career," the Ghana international said.
"But in January I had a lot of options down south and it was disappointing when I picked up an injury."
Kingston was linked with a move to Portsmouth and Bolton in the January transfer window and he said he wanted to finish the season strongly before assessing his future.

"I want to play in all five games and be fit for next season. I'm happy here," he said.
"I had three or four offers to go to the Premier League and one from Germany as well.
"They are waiting to see if I'm back on the pitch. Every player has an ambition to play in the Premier League. It's the best league in the world."
Kingston signed a three-year deal with Hearts in 2007 after signing from Terek Grozny for a fee in the region of £500,000.
