Balogh has impressed during his loan spell at Tynecastle
Hearts have signed goalkeeper Janos Balogh from Hungarian club Debrecen for an undisclosed fee after sealing a deal ahead of the transfer deadline.
The 26-year-old has impressed on loan this season and has been discussing personal terms on a three-year deal.
Balogh arrived at Hearts in August and has made 13 appearances, conceding just seven goals.
And Hearts last week released fellow keeper Anthony Basso in anticipation of the Balogh deal.
Hearts manager Csaba Laszlo has also brought in 17-year-old defender Marius Zuvokas from FBK Kaunas.
Meanwhile, Hearts have released Finnish striker Juho Makela.
Makela joined the club in January 2006 from HJK Helsinki and scored five goals in 23 appearances.
The Tynecastle club have also allowed defender Matej Rapnik to join NK Bravo on loan, midfielder Dumitru Copil has joined Atletico Arad and midfielder Mirsad Beslija, midfielder has moved to F.K. Zeljeznicar.
