Valdas Ivanauskas has signed two goalkeepers in seven days |
Hearts have signed a second goalkeeper within a week, BBC Scotland understands. The SPL side snapped up 22-year-old Arnas Lekevicius, who has joined the Tynecastle club from the Lithuanian side FK Atlantas on a five-year deal.
Hearts head coach Valdas Ivanauskas has also brought in defender Mindaugas Baguzis on a week-long trial.
If he impresses, the 23-year-old could sign a six-month loan deal from his current club FKB Kaunas.
Last week Lithuania goalkeeper Eduardas Kurskis joined Hearts after impressing during a trial with the Edinburgh club.
The arrival of another keeper at Tynecastle follows question marks over the future of Craig Gordon.
Gordon was dropped for Hearts' match against Dundee United following a disciplinary meeting before returning for the derby win over Hibernian.
He had, along with Paul Hartley, accompanied Steven Pressley in October when the then captain revealed unrest among the players about constant coaching changes at Tynecastle.
Pressley has since left the club after being dropped from the side, with Gordon taking over as captain.
But both the goalkeeper and Hartley have attended internal hearings.
