Gordon was made Hearts' club captain last week |
Hearts captain Craig Gordon would like details of the discussions held between him and the club made public. The Scotland goalkeeper was summoned to a disciplinary meeting this week for his part in former skipper Steven Pressley's criticism of the club.
And while he said that the hearing was "calm and very amicable", Gordon made clear his frustration.
He said: "It's unfortunate we can't go out and tell them (supporters) exactly what's going on."
Gordon and midfielder Paul Hartley, who flanked Pressley at a media conference, have both attended internal meetings along with Scottish Professional Footballers' Association secretary Fraser Wishart.
Pressley left the club two weeks ago following his statement revealing "significant unrest" in the dressing room on 27 October.
"We were told to explain our reasons (for the statement). We did that and both parties had their say," added Gordon.

"We will wait and see what happens over the next few weeks."
Gordon, whose contract at Tynecastle runs out in 2009, confirmed he had not handed in a transfer request.
The 23-year-old said: "Not at the moment, I don't think it's at that stage. I wouldn't say it would never reach that stage because you never know.
"I am still fully committed to Hearts. I would only think of leaving if I thought it was a much better deal that was on offer.
"And obviously, with the length of time I still have on my contract, it would have to be something that Hearts were happy with.
"There is no timescale. At this club at the moment you deal with every single day as it comes. Anything beyond that, you are likely to be wrong."
Hearts not made any public comment on the circumstances surrounding Pressley's departure and fans have been growing increasingly angry with owner Vladimir Romanov.
"They (the fans) do have a right to know these things," said Gordon.
"It would be good if this situation was clarified and there was a bit of transparency.
"It has been difficult. But it can be fixed and, hopefully, it will be."
