Hartlepool United have signed unattached midfielders Paul Murray and Fabian Yantorno on undisclosed deals.
Murray, 33, left Shrewsbury Town in March and has impressed during Pools' pre-season campaign
Yantorno, 27, returned to the UK for a trial at Victoria Park after a spell in his native Uruguay, and will complete a move subject to clearance.
Both Murray and Yantorno played under Pools' assistant coach Mick Wadsworth at Carlisle and Gretna respectively.
Pools have also signed goalkeeper Andy Rafferty and defender Evan Horwood this summer.
