Foley signs new Hartlepool deal

Hartlepool United

Hartlepool striker David Foley has signed a new deal to tie himself to Victoria Park.

The 20-year-old forward, who was out of contract this summer, scored three goals in 11 starts and 27 substitute appearances last season.

Two of those goals came in the Carling Cup win over Scunthorpe in August.

He holds the record for being the youngest player to represent Pools in August 2003 against Port Vale, at the age of 16 years and 44 days.
