League Two strugglers Grimsby Town have signed Plymouth Argyle defender Damien McCrory on an initial one-month loan.
He has signed in time to feature in the squad to face Leeds in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on Tuesday.
McCrory, 19, came through the youth ranks at Home Park but is yet to figure for the first team.
But the Republic of Ireland Under-18 international has enjoyed two spells on loan at Port Vale, including making five appearances this season.
