Sinclair (left) and Elliot will both stay with the Mariners for an initial month
Grimsby Town have completed the double loan signings of midfielders Dean Sinclair from Charlton and Doncaster's Stuart Elliot.
Both players have agreed initial one-month deals at Blundell Park.
Sinclair, 24, has not played for the Addicks this season but made three appearances during a loan spell at League One side Cheltenham.
Elliot, 30, has also struggled to hold down a place at Doncaster, starting only three games this season.
The Northern Ireland international told BBC Look North: "I want to play good football again so I'm delighted to come over and help the gaffer out."
His last appearance came as a substitute in the 1-0 home defeat by Wolves last month.
"I'm still hopeful for my career at Doncaster. I'm going back there next month for sure but thought I'd come out and get a few games under my belt," he added.
Elliot joined Rovers permanently from Hull City in the summer after ending last season on loan at the Keepmoat Stadium.
