Grays add duo to backroom staff
Grays Athletic have added former Fulham and Reading midfielder Neil Smith and ex-Gillingham defender Tim O'Shea to their coaching staff.

The pair will work with chairman Mike Woodward, who has taken over as manager following Justin Edinburgh's departure, and assistant Gary Phillips.

Smith, 36, who also played for Gillingham, had a lengthy spell at Woking and has also managed Welling.

O'Shea, 41, played over 100 league games for the Gills.

He started his career at Tottenham and has coached the Millwall academy.
