Daish's Ebbsfleet currently lie 17th in the Blue Square Premier
Ebbsfleet manager Liam Daish has challenged Kezie Ibe to keep improving after the striker scored twice in the 3-1 Setanta Shield win over Eastbourne.
The 25-year-old scored the first and third goals on Tuesday to put the Fleet into the fourth round and take his own run to four goals in three games.
Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "He has shown he can score goals but he has to improve his all round game."
Ebbsfleet travel to Crewe in the first round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
The FA Trophy winners have not been defeated in a cup tie - including the FA Cup, FA Trophy, Setanta Shield and Kent Senior Cup - since February.
"The early rounds in cup competitions can be the tricky ones," said Daish.
"Then a few headlines come in, the players like reading about themselves and you gain some momentum. You can get into the dreamland stuff we experienced last year."
There's coverage of both Crewe v Ebbsfleet and Bury v Gillingham on Saturday on BBC Radio Kent and at www.bbc.co.uk/kent.
