Gillingham winger Dennis Oli and defender Tony Sinclair both face several weeks on the sidelines.
Sinclair, 25, has a slight fracture in his foot, while Oli, 26, has suffered a recurrence of a hamstring injury.
Manager Andy Hessenthaler told BBC Radio Kent: "I've spoken to the physio and we'll send Oli to see someone else (a specialist).
"Dennis relies on his pace at times and with that burst of pace his hamstrings are going to be affected."
Hessenthaler added: "Sinclair is a blow as well, but that's an injury he's had for a few weeks.
"We've only just got to the bottom of that because the X-ray showed no fracture, but sometimes X-rays don't show it up.
"We scanned him and it shows he's got a fracture, which is a big blow because up until he got suspended he was playing very well."
