Gillingham have signed former Tottenham Hotspur striker Andy Barcham on a two-year deal.
The 22-year-old arrived at Priestfield on loan last September before signing a short-term deal in January.
He finished the club's promotion season as second highest scorer, with nine goals in all competitions.
Gills manager Mark Stimson said: "There was a fair bit of competition to get his signature but we've beaten the other clubs to it."
He added: "As a player, Andy is young and hungry and he puts everything into both training and matches.
"It's a fantastic signing for Gillingham.
"Andy came to the club last year and helped us to achieve what we set out to. To get him on a two-year deal is a major plus."
