Gillingham manager Mark Stimson says his squad are in for a bit of a shock when they discover his plans for a shake-up in the close season.
Stimson is giving all his players a letter with his expectations during the summer and ahead of next season.
He told BBC Radio Kent: "When they get this letter, they'll be amazed, absolutely amazed.
"You get four weeks holiday and that's what these players will get, four weeks, like everybody else."
There's players out there we might need to buy but we'll address that in the summer

The Gills boss was shocked with the level of fitness of the players when he took over at the club late last year and has promised a clear-out in the summer.
He said: "There's going to be loads of free transfers. If there are players out there who we might need to buy, we'll ask the chairman, but I'll address that in the summer."
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Simon Royce has not yet signed his new contract which will see him remain at the club until summer 2009.
Stimson does not see a problem and says the club and the player have a gentleman's agreement.
