Gillingham defender Efe Sodje is out of hospital and on the road to recovery after suffering a head injury during Sunday's 2-1 defeat at Yeovil. Sodje was taken to a local hospital after a clash of heads with Yeovil's Lloyd Owusu but was allowed to return home after treatment.
"It was very painful and I'm still sore now. I needed five stitches above my eye," he told the club website.
"It was scary for me. I kept dropping in and out of consciousness."
