I will do things my way - Jepson
Caretaker boss Ronnie Jepson will "do things my way" when he takes charge of Gillingham for the first time against Hartlepool on Saturday.

"I won't copy anyone," Jepson insisted to BBC Radio Kent.

"I've worked under some good managers like Stan Ternent and Neil Warnock, but you have to be your own man. You see things how you see things.

"I don't do things like Neale Cooper and Stan maybe, but I've learnt a lot working under some good managers."
