Hodgkiss joined Rovers after a spell at Market Drayton

Forest Green defender Jared Hodgkiss is set to miss six weeks as he faces surgery on his left knee on Tuesday.

The 24-year-old former West Brom trainee has not featured since the 4-0 defeat by Southport on 12 February.

Meanwhile, the club have agreed a non-contract deal with Jeffrey Imudia for the remainder of the season.

Defender Imudia, 20, made three appearances for the club last season before a serious knee injury ruled him out of the game for nearly 18 months.
