Ex-Bristol Rovers defender Christian Edwards has joined Forest Green Rovers - less than a month after announcing his retirement from football. The 30-year-old was released by the Pirates at the end of last season and is set to begin a teaching course.
However, he has found will be able to combine this with a full-time contract at Conference level.
Caerphilly-born Edwards made 343 League appearances for eight clubs, and won one full cap for Wales.
