John Deacy has vowed to carry on as manager of Farsley Celtic despite their impending relegation - if the board want him to stay.
Celtic's Blue Square Premier stay will last just one year barring them turning around a three-point and 28-goal deficit on Halifax on the final day.
Deacy told BBC Radio Leeds: "It's up to them [the board] to be honest.
"I want to stay with Farsley Celtic but it's up to the board to see what they want to do."
Farsley lost 4-1 to Yorkshire rivals York on Tuesday, effectively relegating them but Deacy remains proud of his players' achievements.
"We've had a lot of complications - we've had three captains, lost the manager in November and I had to take over, but I still think we've given a good account of ourselves and the players, committee and supporters should be proud."
