Joel Lambers and Stephen O'Donnell are leaving Falkirk |
Falkirk have confirmed that midfielder Stephen O'Donnell and goalkeeper Jeroen Lambers are leaving the Scottish Premier League club this summer. And they are waiting on Vitor Lima, Pedro Moutinho, Ryan McStay, Marc Twaddle and Cedric Uras to decide whether to accept new one-year deals.
Out-of-favour Lambers has signed for Dutch outfit BV Veendam.
Lambers said: "I want to play a lot more regularly. I feel a bit low as I didn't get more chances."
Kasper Schmeichel has kept Lambers on the sidelines while on loan from Manchester City.
"Kasper Schmeichel's form at Falkirk has played a part in my decision, but that's football and you have to respect the manager," added Lambers.
Midfielder Russell Latapy and defenders Jack Ross and Kenny Milne earlier this week agreed 12-month extensions with the Bairns.
