Alan Gow has had talks with Aberdeen and Hibernian |
Wolves have had a bid for Falkirk forward Alan Gow turned down by the Scottish Premier League side. Gow, 24, is out of contract at the end of the season and Hibs and Aberdeen have also approached the player.
"The offer has been rejected as Falkirk remain committed to securing Alan on a longer deal and are having discussions with him," said a club statement.
"We'll keep him until the end of the season, unless somebody comes in with crazy money," said manager John Hughes.
Wolves are believed to have offered Falkirk 100,000.
Gow was on target in Falkirk's 2-0 Scottish Cup win at Falkirk and hit a hat-trick against Dundee United on 1 January.
"Out with the Old Firm or the English Premiership, I can still see him being at Falkirk for another year because I don't see any of the other clubs any bigger than Falkirk," added Hughes.
"He's spoken to Hibs and Aberdeen, which he is entitled to do.
"I think there is also a bid that has come in from Wolves that the board have knocked back. That's the only bid that we've had in."
