Exeter have named coach John Yems as their new assistant manager. The former Crawley joint caretaker boss will assist Paul Tisdale when Russell Osman's short-term deal ends at the end of the season.
However, Yems will join the club's management staff immediately and help with management, coaching and scouting at St James' Park.
Grecians sporting director Julian Tagg told the club's website: "We are delighted with the appointment."
