Eastbourne Borough have signed transfer-listed Horsham midfielder Jacob Mingle for a nominal fee.

The 23-year-old is at Borough until the end of the current Blue Square Premier campaign, with a contract option to stay on for next season.

Horsham's Player of the Year in 2007/08 began his career at Charlton Athletic before having spells with Crystal Palace and Staines Town.

Mingle scored over 20 goals in more than 100 appearances for Horsham.
