Dundee United midfielder Grant Brebner is wanted by Australian A-League club Melbourne Victory. The former Manchester United 28-year-old has been told that he is not in boss Craig Brewster's plans.
And he could head out to Australia for talks as early as next week if he is able to agree a severance package.
The Australian national league season begins in August and Brebner could link up with former Rangers defender Kevin Muscat at Victory.
