Doncaster striker Paul Heffernan has been named as League One's player of the month for December. Heffernan found the net in four of Rovers' five league games during the month, and also scored in their FA Cup second round victory over Mansfield.
He now has 12 goals from 32 league and cup appearances this season.
The other contenders for the award were Blackpool's Keigan Parker, Chris Porter of Oldham, Bristol City's Scott Murray and Port Vale's Leon Constantine.
