Commons made his debut for Scotland in August

Derby winger Kris Commons could return from injury on Saturday after being sidelined for a month.

The 25-year-old has been out with a knee problem since the Rams' tie with Sheffield United on 13 September.

Manager Paul Jewell told the club website: "Kris has trained this week and hopefully he will not have any reaction to his injury."

But Jewell said Commons is not guaranteed to walk into side which will face Plymouth at home on Saturday.
