Derby County have announced three new appointments to their board. The changes follow the arrival at Pride Park earlier in the week of Trevor Birch as the new chief executive.
Martin Ridgeway becomes financial director and company secretary, with John Vicars as operations director and Steve Coakley as commercial director.
Jill Marples, who was company secretary and a board member, and her husband Peter - who was an associate director - have stepped down from their roles.
The pair were both part of the consortium led by chairman Peter Gadsby which bought the club in April 2006.
